When Monica Savage - the wife of one of the country's richest men, Tom Savage - becomes the apparent victim of abduction and her billionaire husband is later found brutally murdered and dismembered, it's Monica's ex-husband, Johnny Zen, who steps in to unravel the truth.

Johnny's a washed-up radio DJ and part-time novelist with a nose for trouble. He finds plenty of it when he winds up on the list of suspects in the murder of Tom Savage. The authorities believe Monica conspired to kill her husband, faked her abduction, and is on the run. They also believe Johnny may be her accomplice. Johnny believes Monica is innocent and has indeed been abducted. He sets out to find Monica before the authorities do. Along the way Johnny discovers a tawdry tale of sex, murder, and deceit, and Monica Savage is in the middle of it all.

I really enjoyed this audiobook a gripping Murder Mystery. Great narration by Daniel Vuillaume who brought the characters to life and set the scene for a great listen. Definitely recommend this book
