I could not wait for this book! The first book left me on the ledge and I needed to know what was going to happen next. Angela Snyder had me hooked. It picks up right where we left off, Adeline in trouble, and we can just thank Lucien for getting there in the nick of time. But things are never easy. Trust is broken, hearts are loving, and we as listeners are just waiting to see what is going to happen next. And what does is unexpected and at times frightening. The bond these two have forged is unbreakable.Or is it? Twists and turns, danger and love, it's exciting, dark and I loved every minute. I am looking to see if Jax will get his own story, I think it would be riveting!

Making the darkness shine, we have Stephen Borne bringing Lucien to life. What a great voice and perfectly cast for this character. He has a way of being dark and a bit quirky, yet has an edge of warmth making him lovable. Auri Alden has a sweet sound, but boy can she make Adeline fierce! She brings out all the emotions, tenderness and strength. Fantastic team and a very fun listen.

When Adeline was first abducted all she wanted to do was to escape Lucien and the situation she found herself in. When the opportunity arises for her to leave she realizes her captor is actually her protector and their relationship will never be the same.

Lucien has a devastating past which have shaped him into the man he is today but day by day Adeline is showing him that he can have more, and they find happiness with each other but her past is about to resurface with a vengeance.

Witty banter, suspense and love as Lucien and Adeline’s will be tested but there is nothing that Lucien won’t do to protect Adeline and their future together. I really enjoyed the performance of the narrators as they brought the characters and their story to life. 🎧Audiobook Obsession.

Saving Him picks up can Luc get to Adeline in time, and if he does will be be able to continue to keep her safe with all the threats that hang over them? Brilliant

This book threw me off. I did not think I would like it as much as I did. I’m really glad I decided to listen. The story surprised me a little. The author did a really good job with the storyline and it felt pretty original as you listened to the story. The narrators did an excellent job.
