Summary

l was thinking this was going to be a wash out but it was a really good listen, very different to what l normally listen to.

I did enjoy this book but it left me unsatisfied. I think the ending was rushed and the little girls character slightly far fetched! Either that or she was very bright for her age, as well as needing some kind of therapy! I will look at more books by the author as I feel he is definitely on to something with his writing! 😀

Quite nice to find a short 4 hour listen. A lot of novels tend to be 20+ hours these days. I wasn’t expecting much, just something to keep me entertained whilst I did the housework but actually it was good. Kept me guessing and was pretty enjoyable. Not amazing but pretty good and I always appreciate a good book, especially when free so thanks to the author and to Audible

The first three quarters were very good,disappointing ending. The idea was good and original, but I felt like the author had painted herself into a corner, and hadn't planned the ending in advance. Some of the things that happened aren't likely, given the ending and the age of the characters.
