unbelievable story of paedophilia physical and mental abuse 2 to a young girl . This story was totally shocking throughout. The endurance of Anna at the hands of her captors was unbelievable and it was hard to understand that she survived. what was difficult to believe was the many times she was taken unconscious and beaten with physical and mental signs showing, to hospital and nobody ever alerted social services. Equally, police visited the house to search on a few occasions and never thought it unusual for a girl so young to be locked in a bedroom with no furniture but a bed. this was a shocking account of how how services failed Anna. A very sad and heart wrenching story.
