the stories were simple and easy to solve before the reveal. narrator was average.

I appreciated these books as they were gentle listening. I was a little on edge listening out for the bible thumping bit but didnt hear any myself. There did seem to be Christians and church goers described and put across fairly well and as such reflected reality across lots of different people inluding shop owners, fisher people and craft lovers and many others. for me this was micely balanced and included people that liked the same things I do across a wide range of feelings, skills and activties.

simple stories that are completely unbelievable. characters are obsessively religious so are 'perfect people '. these stories are pathetic and frequently lose the plot (one instance the protagonist name changes ans then changes back!!
