Sector 64 Box Set: The Complete Alien Invasion Trilogy
Performed by award-winning narrator R.C. Bray
By the bestselling author of Solitude: Dimension Space Book One
When a plan to uplift Earth draws the attention of warring alien civilizations, humanity’s greatest leap forward becomes a fight for survival. A handful of fighter pilots stand between extinction and a new dawn for mankind.
If you love fast-paced military sci-fi, alien warfare, and explosive action, strap in for the Sector 64 Trilogy—a full-throttle ride from the skies of Earth to the far reaches of space.
Book One: Ambush
A routine flight. An encounter with the impossible. A race against time.
Captain Jake Giard’s world flips when a training mission turns into a brush with a physics-defying UFO. Thrust into a web of secrecy and conspiracy, Jake must decide whom to trust before he becomes the next casualty. His search for the truth could change everything humanity believes about its place in the universe.
Book Two: Retribution
A lifeless fleet. A weapon beyond comprehension. A battle for Earth’s future.
When Jake and Colonel Newcastle board an enormous alien carrier drifting above the Atlantic, they discover the war is far from over. Inside the ghostly ship lies the key to survival—or annihilation. As the Zoxyth fleet closes in, Jake must unite Earth’s fractured forces and master alien technology before time runs out.
Book Three: First Contact
A test flight. A crash. Humanity’s first encounter with alien life.
Major Anthony Spinelli expects mechanical trouble in his P-51 Mustang, not rescue by an otherworldly craft. When it crashes into the New Mexico desert, he meets Strem Kaspars, an alien warning that Earth’s nuclear tests have drawn deadly attention from beyond the stars. Together, they must contain a power that could wipe out everything.
Includes the complete trilogy—Ambush, Retribution, and First Contact—performed by R.C. Bray.
Lock in. Light the afterburners. The invasion has begun.

What the actual hell?!
People don't exhale carbon monoxide... as it's a dangerous toxic gas. CO can form as biochemical process inside a person's body in ridiculously small amounts and is paired into CO2 which we exhale. You cannot get CO2 without forming CO first.
Update
Almost done with book 2... chapters 79 and chapters 80 are the same.... lol... reserving judgement until book 2 is finished.
Okay, finally finished book 2 there is finally a mention of the helmets which is not even mentioned in book 1 therefore leaving the impression the suits have no damn helmets...
A disruptor stops from ships from jumping and blankets the entire solar system from one damn ship... bloody hell... the solar system is vast and that disruption will take ages to propagate.
Not to mention it would take a serious amount of power... which also means if damaged severely that ship will go kabluey as it's hit by an anti-matter missile... a single one at that. which is also another ultimate weapon used by the villains, so plot hole.
There is a serious lack of consistency when it comes to scientific elements. There is description of how much power it will take for the villain's ultimate weapon if they had more than one and how technologically advanced the protagonists races are... yet no point defence systems to ward off a single missile?!
Gravity used as means of propulsion.... which makes no damn physical sense. It's not just fiction its science fiction, come on... at least get the basics right lol....
Other then that decent enough if you over look glaring plot holes i.e. giant asteroids held together with trusses but are capable of jumping into "parallel space" I suppose it's the books equivalent of hyper space. If you want consistency with scientific basics look elsewhere.
There is a disconnect between the prequel and a key elements in the book and its not explained which is the use of worm holes to ferry data of consciousness back and forth between the protagonists races and their home world. Yet.... they can't utilise that same technology to communicate with ships.
Nor is it mentioned if this backing ability of consciousness is disrupted due to the use of jamming I.e. the use of a disruptor. so yeah, plot holes and no consistency.
In short it start out well, good concepts but runs out of steam and falls flat on scientific elements.
Almost to end or book 1... might down grade rating.
