I think every woman, not just black women should listen to this book. It offers a fresh and fantastic perspective on self-care. I've listened to this audiobook from start to finish and I've put a plan in action that prioritises my self-care as a necessity instead of just something to get to when I have spare time. This book goes into how important self-care is for your confidence, mental health, etc. and gives practical actionable tips to implement self-care in your own life for your health and well-being and asks deep questions of reflections in the form of mental exercises that challenges you to improve your current circumstances and make self-care a property in your life. As a black woman listening to this book, I can honestly say this audiobook is one of the BEST self-care book for black women I've ever listened to in my life. I highly recommend it!!
