I was first introduced to the author by Instagram, which is ripe for misinformation and questionable advice - but she’s a literal doctor and has ADHD herself so i am really confident in the content of this book.

Im really pleased to see lots of elements I’ve been slowly incorporating into my life since being diagnosed a year ago featuring in this book, as well as some great ideas new to me.

Thank you Sasha, you should be proud of yourself!

I kinda want to get the physical book too to bookmark and write notes in :)

Great listen, great advice, relevant and up to date!

Think I’ll have to re listen again soon. Lost focus frequently and can’t recall what I’ve learned but these are probably due to my possible ADHD difficulties. Narration was nice and I appreciated the bitesize chunks so will happily listen again.

Need to re-listen

It's very clear, to the point, overall very comprehensive and well structed for people with ADHD. One of few out of many books on ADHD I have completed through. It is narrated beautifully with emotion, compassion and personality so I'll be using this book as a go to when I am struggling. If I was asked about self help books on ADHD, this would be one I'd recommend.

Fantastic, usefulness and value all through!
