This is a shorter one hour approx. audio book well narrated by Lauren,,,i think its not just for women for sure . It contains all the usual affirmations and some other useful hacks to help your life.

This audiobook covers most self-care concepts, but I found the mantras helpful. This book gave me a lot of great ideas that went beyond the diet and exercise. I just wish this book was a bit longer. Highly recommended.

whilst this guide does not put forward any new ground breaking discoveries, it offers a concise and well rounded set of values and mantras to improve your overall wellbeing. as the author points out - well polished nails will look great but will not remove the insecurities you may have for your extra pounds. address the real issues!
