The author writes in a very easy style that makes one feel as if they are being helped along by a friend, which just makes for a more enjoyable and relaxed way to approach our faults.
It has an interesting chapter on how to train your brain to make the right decisions, and another on good decision-making habits using self-control. Very informative and encouraging. I would recommend this book.

The substance was good, although it did feel a bit cursory. Also, pretty heavy on the editing errors. They didn't detract fr the book too much, but it is hard to consider something an authority when it has mistakes in it.

Great fast shipping and everything as described. Many people read the self-help books and then get lost in the contemplations about it, planning how and suddenly they found themselves lost. Good stuff. I especially liked the part at the end explaining that it needs to be an iterative process, not just a one-time exercise.
