This was so relaxing and soothing and not what I expected. It was better. Everyone that has ever dieted and followed plan after plan with success until they had a slip and made a wrong choice then gave up feeling like they failed needs this. The mindfulness affirmations around taking care of your body and making the right choices were so peaceful and on point. There wasn't a lot of fluff; it was to the point. This is short enough that I could listen to it every evening as I go to bed to help rest my thinking.

I found this after seeing on Instagram the Kure app adverts promoting weight loss, stop eating super through hypnosis. seeing the bad reviews for subscription (not that I would subscribe) I decided to look on Audible (YouTube have too many adverts).

I started listening to this about 4 weeks ago, and I've not craved sugary or sweet stuff since. I feel fuller and I have noticed that my work trousers are a little loose.

The fact that I am not craving sweet things is amazing. Don't get me wrong, I still feel hungry, I just naturally go for healthier options. I've even been given/offered chocolate, ice cream, cakes etc. and I can turn them away.

since giving up sugary stuff, my skin is clear, my hormones seem good and I feel lighter, uplifted and amazing.
