Summary
Matt’s business partner, Ken, has always come up with crazy ideas to sell houses… but his ideas aren’t always ethical. In fact, some of his schemes have gotten them into trouble—enough trouble that Matt no longer wants to dabble with his friend’s questionable practices.
But without some edge, nothing is selling. The guys need to do something, or they’re going to go broke. So Matt decides to be open-minded when Ken comes up with his next crazy idea: finding a hot girl to pose as the flirty neighbour at their next showing.
