This is a good book for both parties to listen to. There was plenty to relate to and helped me to manage my emotions around my situation for the best outcome between me and my husband. It was interesting to look back at how our relationship evolved and helped me to understand better how we arrived at the point we are at now. Not only for people who are religious.
