Aå wonderful addition to the series, equally an intriguing political high fantasy, a steamy romance and an exciting action-filled adventure. I do recommend to re-read the previous books if it's been a while since you finished those, as it really just jumps right into the plot. With the complex and intricate way Kai Butler weaves the storyline I would almost like to have a A Tale of Ice and Fire style compendium with the history, lore and customs ❤️

Waited months for this book to be released and I was not disappointed. Loved the story, the characters and the narrator doing an amazing job as always! I read it in like two days and was like "Nooooooooooo" when the end credits started ... I'll be waiting patiently (on the edge of my seat) for the next installment.
