Summary

Max wanted to be a [Baker].

Settle down, bake stuff, and enjoy life. The gods, however, ruined that dream.

Given [Baker] and a rare black skill, he is now running for his life, trying to grow strong enough to return home. If you came for litrpg and action the author got you but it will take time.

But you know that all good things don't happen overnight.

My only problem is that this might be the worst thirst trap known to man but I have yet to know.

I bought the second audible then all other books in this series.

Really good story, with nice narration - the female voices are a little meh but good enough for it not to take from the overall story. The writer seems to be super keen with the MC going to the toilet at the start which was a bit odd but kind of funny. No bad characters or anything I can think of and the MC is interesting

I am very pleasantly surprised by this one and find it very hard to stop listening. I got the second book without hesitation, let's keep this little gem of a series going!

I love this Genre and this story is written very well and took me by surprise a few times. the female character voices however really break emersion.
