About this listen

What happens after the happy ending?

Drawn together for the first time, this is a collection of Lily’s short stories about the much-loved men from her Mixed Messages and Finding Home series. Follow them through awkward marriage proposals, birthdays, a fraught babysitting job, and a very drunken Eurovision Song Contest party.

It includes stories previously written for her website and readers’ group, along with deleted scenes and four brand new and exclusive short stories—Bad Valentine, Marrying Jude, Babysitting Billy, and House Hunting.

It has been a while since I have read these short stories. So, it has been wonderful to listen to her funny as hell stories.
Lily does this every single time, she makes me laugh till it hurts, then cry before she puts me all back together with happiness by the end of the story.
What this collection of short stories has done is to make me miss all the characters from her books, which I am now working my way through the back catalogue.
I would highly recommend all of her books; you won't be disappointed.
