I adored both these stories though if I had to pick one, the first was my favourite. The writing style is stunning and really creates this amazing world of magic and strange creatures. I loved spending time in this world with the narrator who made each character stand out beautifully.
Need to get myself a physical copy!!

Well, I loved these two gorgeous and wicked little tales of Faeries, The Green Man, Dryads, Cats, Ghosts, Vampyres… with the strength of love, family, relationships and friendship. Adventure with real danger and fearsome characters.
The story was written so skilfully. I know the Great Wood now, so evocatively was it described, as part of the characters’ stories.
The narrator was completely fantastic and brought life and uncanny breath to all the characters including the terrible Farie Queen who was fearsome and beautiful all at once.
I was simply enchanted by these wonderfully crafted stories and with so much depth and detail. Effortlessly consumed so well written was it. And all totally unexpected-
