So, I got this audiobook, because I sit for hours at my job and I was looking for something I can do to keep my flexibility and help stop me from getting so stiff all the time from sitting. I cannot always get away from my desk. I have been doing the 21 day challenge and I can see a difference in myself. But, I am getting ahead of myself. I like how the author describes each exercise and explain how it is beneficial to you. This has been fun learning exercises I can do while sitting at work. I can take 10 mins and do them at my desk and yes I do these right at my desk. I highly recommend this audiobook.
