Excellent book with a lot of useful and extremely practical information. There are also some useful exercises as well as very practical advice I have already started implementing some of that advice and although this are early days I think I already see some difference in the quality of my sleep and how I feel during the day. The exercises and the advice that this book gives is based on the real life data and they are not hard to implement into my life as long as I will be willing to! I definitely recommend this book to people with apnoea or any type of sleeping disorder because from what I have learned from this book if you have some kind of sleeping disorder you will most likely find some very good answers in this book!
