 When a seemingly simple case turns complicated, respected attorney Barbara Holloway must rethink her game plan. Interesting story line, maybe a little to much irrelevant discussion, but good to listen to when doing something else Eg. Knitting

Narrative OK, but I found it difficult at first to distinguish some male characters as they sounded alike.

The dilema of the Lawyers role versus the humanity. How to combine both in the pursuit of justice - proper justice not legal Justice.

This story was well paced, well balanced and took a difficult concept and explored it well.

As usual with this kind of story, lack of evidence undermines the realism of a decision to prosecute at all. Good denouement but too many loose ends. Is there a sequel to pick up these loose ends? Likeable characters. Pleasant enough to listen to.
