Jaz stops in the snowy town of Claw Haven with one goal: getting a tattoo to cover up her cheating ex-boyfriend’s name on her arm. Luckily, there’s a tattoo studio willing to fit her in right after closing time. And her tattoo artist is funny, kind, and shockingly fun to talk to – even if he is coming down with something.
Sam need to close up, get home and take the potion that keeps his hunger at bay. But when Jaz storms in for a cover-up, he decides he can spare another hour so long as he can ignore how tempting she smells. He’s not a typical incubus, though. Sam’s never fed from a human before, and he’s not about to start now – even if her bright grin and gorgeous laugh make it dangerously easy to let his guard down.
But at the end of their session, they discover they’re snowed in.
