i am up to the 5th book in the sword of truth series , absolutely brilliant reading(audible). the narator has an exceptional voice and makes the listening exciting, able to change his voice as required, to the different characters in the book .

This has to be the least exciting book in the series so far.

The story hardly had Richard and Kahlan in it - at least not in the first 3rd after the whole chicken part.

If it hadn't been written 30 years ago I would assume that this was meant to be a caricature of the present state of usa politics.
