Ignore negative reviews. I'm assuming people are criticising the binaural tones it contains as 'noises' these are at a specific frequency known to stimulate sleep. You don't notice these if you concentrate on the soothing melody.Just wish there was more/ longer run time

Calming music for sleep

Although I don't buy the stuff about being "in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe" the gentle music in this performance is effective in lulling me to sleep. In most cases I'm asleep within 10 minutes.

In one case my mind was so full of thoughts that I was still awake at the end but, by that time, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep very shortly after.

For me this music works much better than nature sounds. It turns out that rainfall and waves just annoy me!

I’ve tried everything to help me sleep for years, I habe adhd and have suffered with anxiety and restlessness like you wouldn’t believe for so long, but sound therapy has really helped and I mean that! So much more than any prescribed medications or herbal medications I’ve tried. I just want to Thank the people that cared enough to create this. 🙏 thank you again.
