Space Ranger Fred and the Shoelace Adventure is the cutest, funniest space story my six-year-old has ever heard. The moment Fred meets his actual comic-book idol Zando Centauri, my son was completely hooked and wouldn’t stop giggling at the idea of saving a whole planet with perfect bunny-ear knots. I loved how the book turns something as simple as tying shoelaces into the ultimate superpower; it made my kid feel like a real hero when he finally mastered his own shoes the next morning. The narration by Roger May is absolutely brilliant; his voices for Fred and Zando are so full of energy that the car ride flew by. There are plenty of silly sound effects and laugh-out-loud moments that kept both of us entertained from start to finish. The story is exciting without ever being scary, which is perfect for bedtime listening. I also appreciated the gentle confidence boost woven throughout the adventure. This audiobook is pure joy and imagination in under an hour. I’d recommend it to every parent of kids aged 6-10 who need a little encouragement with everyday skills, and to anyone who wants a smile-filled family listen. We’ve already played it three times and my son keeps asking when Space Ranger Fred gets another mission

My seven-year-old could not stop giggling when the fate of planet Jambori actually depended on Fred’s perfect bunny-ear shoelace knots. I loved how something as simple as tying shoes becomes the ultimate superpower that saves the day. The team-up between little Fred and his idol Zando Centauri feels so exciting yet totally believable for kids. Roger May’s narration is absolutely perfect; he makes every zoom through space and every victory cheer feel real. The story is fast, warm, and packed with confidence-boosting moments without ever feeling preachy. We’ve listened to it at bedtime, in the car, and even during quiet reading time at school. It leaves my son walking around the house pretending his sneakers are rocket boots. I’d recommend this audiobook to every parent of 6-10 year-olds who want their child to feel brave, capable, and ready to save the universe, one perfectly tied shoelace at a time. We can’t wait for the next adventure

I like this book, short, you can on inside the story about Fred, the way of how the author wrote this book, you feel you are next to Fred. The audio and narrator are high quality, I like the change of tones with the different people. I enjoyed this book.
