I'm really enjoying the Coldstream books, there's lots to discover and i like how the world is expanding as more books come out. This one ends with a hint at some more adventure to come so I'm excited to see what happens next. Mallory is a fab character and I like the fact that she is a squib and gets by on her wits and people skills, its a nice twist on the usual trope of everyone being normal apart from the main character who is magical.

This is a run off from the 'cat lady chronicles' and shows you another look into this magical world, and that you can still be important even if you don't have any kind of magic. As a finder or fixer Mallory has a lot of information at her figure tips, but she always keeps away from match making.
