First Star Trek book I've read in years, provided great backstory for Tilly in Discovery.

Having now read our listened to all 5 Discovery novels this is definitely my favourite. Fantastic story and wonderfully performed. would definitely recommend.

A reasonably good introduction to Tilly's backstory that really hasn't been explored well in the series. The story itself is good, but the narrator's valiant attempts at English, Scottish and Irish accents are pretty terrible, but I say this as a UK native. Her French, however, was much better.
