Unfortunately this was not the story was somewhat confusing and the choice of the narrator did not help.
Not sure if something got lost in the translation but it struggled to keep my interest.

I struggled with this narration

This could have been so much more but I had to stop it as the monotone narrator ruined the story for me. There was no characterisation in the voice and it was read at one level. I will have to get a kindle version of it so I can enjoy the novel.
