Fabulous listen although I found the narration quite irritable. Didn’t want to stop listening as the story itself was very good. Love all the characters in it.

Enjoyable heist tale - loved seeing Eve’s circle having fun at the start and an old face popping up later!
Found Susan’s voice for/distinction between characters has been slipping a bit in the few books, including this one, which is a bit of a shame - not always clear which character’s speaking. Wasn’t enough to distract from the story, but I did notice it at times.
I shall enjoy listening to it again in future, now I know who was behind it all!

I think I’ve listened to or read every story in this extremely long series and have got some enjoyment out of every episode. I like all the main characters and it’s nice to listen to stories and catch up with the lives of all the regulars. I’d say this belongs in the cosy crime category, and is really nice, relaxing and easy listening.

A theft, a murder and a link to Roake ‘s past life….
While the murder is Eve’s priority the links to the past and the present of Interpol are cause her focus to waver. Really great takedown and a lid on that past.
