I think the author have done incredible job on subject is bothering most of the planet. Overthinking is new disease of 21 century. Yes, people overthink about past, present and future. Think about present is fine, but not overthink. Past you can not change. Future hasn't come yet. Present, something big is happening on the planet. Humanity living in end times. The World is fallen. Because of that, collective consensus paradigms is shifting to another level. Massive slip is happening in front of your eyes. People are separated, and decentralized. Everything made up on purpose. When human living in the fallen World, a lot of bad things happening. That brings a lot of stress, anxiety, worries in people's lives. Anxiety is inevitable. Overthinking about future is inevitable too, we can not control the World, glibalists do. However we can control what is happening within yourself, build up yourself, make stronger emotionally, physically and spiritually. When times comes thougher, you still will be able to propel forward. The author of this book have listed many practices how to move from existing, unproductive thoughts and move to sufficient productive. Perfectionism playing a big part on how people overthink. If you are a perfectionist you will find the answers in this book too. Remember, overthinking is the new decease of this century. It is challenge not small. Yes, do not think of the past, do not go over the board about future, do think present how you can become best version of yourself to save humanity, to have the Word. This book highly recommended
