It kept making me jump between sleeps. Not enough deep work in it, poor wording.

In my view there is far too much annoying "music" and not enough substance to this recording. I was shocked that no safeguard was put into a hypnosis session meant for sleep.. You need to includ that while all the normal sounds around you can help you go deeper,should anything arrise that needs your attention, you will become immediately aware and alert, ready to deal with any eventuality.
Some people may go so deeply onto hypnosis that they may ignore things they shouldn't.
