it's ok and doesn't stop your snoring. maybe a few hints that may help, give it a go

This is a very short book split into 11 chapters. Chapters 1-8 are about the medical reasons why you should try to stop snoring. Chapter 9 is 10 minutes long and describes the exercises (5 mins exercises, 5 mins preamble).

Do the exercises work? Based on SnoreLab app recordings data, after doing the exercises everyday for almost 2 weeks my snoring is now louder and happens for longer :-( Will persevere but I am unconvinced these particular exercises are working for me.
