Set within a historical backdrop of world war two. With a supernatural element that adds to the suspense. Good researched information about occult practice, Wheatley was known to be an expert on the subject.
Rounded off by the narration by Sir Christopher Lee , a underrated voice actor and great icon of the acting world.
Side note Christopher Lee was a close friend of Dennis Wheatley and starred in two film adaptations of his books , " The Devil Rides out" and "To The Devil A Daughter"
