I have seen first hand how burn out affects healthcare workers. It's hard because all of us are trying to make ends meet or trying to reach that American Dream of stability, but even with good jobs. Some people just can't seem to make it, and therefore over work themselves. Like a donkey chasing a carrot.

I like this book because it helps identify stressors and gives tips on how to manage time, among many other things. Definitely good if you have no idea where to start it terms of reducing stress in your life.

Oof. We've all been there, right? I found this audiobook at a moment when stress (and burnout) was really whooping my butt. This audiobook put so much into perspective for me! I've been able to view a lot of difficulties in a new light and the author really helps you identify your strengths. I've been trying to teach my kids emotional resilience - which is hard in this day and age. I feel like taking the time for mindfulness with the guidance of this book has helped my view on daily pressures and it gave me some great insight into finding joy amidst chaos of my hectic life as a mom.
