this is a really interesting book, whether you are a reiki or pranic healer. I would definitely advice to read this one. and the easy to put into practice

I'm glad they had the disclaimer at the start because some of the claims were definitely out there. I had to skip chapter one as the 'science' was to out there for me. But it just kept getting worse so I stopped reading it.
