I was hearing the book while at the gym. it was nice to get the key take aways and that it was simple. He has worked well on writing this summary and give us the info.The constructive though from me is that I wondered it it was a robot talking sometimes:/ needed a little more passion with the gritt to keep me engaged.. :) will hear this book agian though, when maybe in a different mind state like taking a walk.
