A lovely light and gentle romance, feel good, not taxing. Ideal for summer, or a cold dull winter evening!

Narrator’s voice was horribly squeaky at the beginning. Characters beyond cliched into stereotype and setting ok. Not enough action too much internal angst. Typical free book.

I read the other books in the series first, so it was nice to read about the beginning of it all. The story is cute, takes place in beautiful scenery in Bath(U.K. ) and Italy, it’s completely clean ( even if at times there some sexual tension) with the spicy scenes fading to black. We also get a mystery, but I wasn’t super invested in it, as it was more of a side plot for me.
Narration was great.

Loved the story but the narrator when doing different characters voice was so off putting and i was ready to stop listening to it. She had a lovely voice but just not doing different voices!!
