Story - 3.5 stars. Enjoyable way of writing a second chance story - good understandable reasons and no instant forgiveness. Sometimes, I definitely thought Chase deserved someone better - but they were very young. It's great that there was no extra drama, just two MCs finding each other again and working things out together. The growing family was really nice, and this is a good series starter.

Summer Of You is a very emotional second chance story. Nathan is so sweet as he struggles to regain Chace's trust. It's heartbreaking how Chace tries to distance himself from him for fear of being hurt again.
The characters are well portrayed, right down to the supporting characters, and all of Nathan's friends and his brother Aiden really grew on me.
The setting around the small town of Ocean Shores contributes significantly to the book's charm.
I love how the story ends and can't wait to meet the next couple.
Oliver Williams is a very talented narrator. He adds so much emotional depth to the story!

Oliver Williams brings Nathan and Chase alive. And some moments were just 🥵🔥🫠
All the characters were amazing and can't wait to read about more of them. I was rooting for Nathan and Chase (and Oreo) to have their HEA. Oreo reminded me of my sweet boy Scorpius who I miss. 🐾
