Summary

It's drive-in weather year-round with Kevin Candela's Super SF Double Features.

In Children of the Coming World, plant workers arrive one morning to the utterly bizarre sight of some form of cocoon, big as a bus, bonded to one of the huge towers. They quickly realize there's more than one...and what's inside them is coming out all too soon.

Then in Mars One we find out just how much humanity's eager reach may be exceeding its grasp when "space boredom" drives one astronaut to what should have been a mere harmless prank, triggering a series of events that...well, let's just say the title of this one was almost Mars One, Earth Zero.

I have no idea what Kevin Candela first story was all about, I got nothing out of it so I have no review for the locus story.
Now, the second story about the flight to Mars was cool only very short.
In fact all Candela stories are short, what he needs to do is a short stories box set, it’s the only to make any profit out of them all !!!

Allen Grunerud done a great narration as he usually does.

Oded Ostfeld.

The first story sucked, the second was ok !

A nice idea to put together two totally different short stories written by a self confessed lover of Godzilla. There's mention of that (!) In a brief interlude between stories. The first, Children of the Coming World, has a slightly creepy, almost Body snatches feel, at least initially, but the very witty Mars One is set mostly inside one man's head in the loneliness of space on the journey to Mars.
Both are nicely performed by Allen Grunerud.
