I found that the majority of the book explained why might you need an EA, with very little practical suggestions, frameworks etc… to actually get one. How much should you pay, how do you recruit? What should / shouldn’t you be looking for for, after the very simple first 30days, what’s the meeting pulse. More questions unanswered than the opposite.
