What stood out was how natural the narration felt soft, gentle but clear, like a friend guiding you through something they genuinely believe in. I’ve found that combining tapping with my affirmations helps release the emotional weight I carry from the day. It’s a tool I didn’t know I needed until now, and I’m thankful I gave it a chance. This is a good introductory guide to tapping that breaks down how to release negative beliefs and transform self-sabotaging patterns and behaviours. What makes this stand out are the tapping sequences you can simply listen and tap along to rather than trying to figure out the technique on your own. These help you let go of a number of unwanted emotions including stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and fears. I personally found these practical exercises calming. Doing them made me feel better.

I admit when I cane across this book I was completely unfamiliar with the concept of tapping (EFT). The author mashed the process completely approachable and actually doable. I really appreciated the scripts for calming your anxiety and letting go of self-doubt. I also like the idea of naming your emotions without judgment. A great resource for people whose brains are always on 11 and need a bit of calm.

I didn’t think something this simple will help me so much. The tapping made my head feel calm when I was feeling stuck. At first it feel kinda silly, but then it really worked. The way they tell you what to do made me feel okay, no need to do it perfect. The voice is soft and kind. It felt like someone nice helping me with my feelings. Some parts made me cry a little, but in a good way. I use one before bed and now I sleep better. It’s not magic, but it really do help.
