Got straight into the story , wish I had read in the right order as made it a little confusing at times but lovely characters

Sadly Rogan and Harper’s story did not work for me. The angst between them just seemed to go on for far too long which made the story drag to the point where I had to skip some chapters. Very disappointing

The story has everything, from domestic abuse to lost limbs. It is too bad that it does not properly deliver on most of the introduced storylines. I loved the flash-backs to their childhood and beginnings, however, all in all, there just seems to be a lot going on, making this installment of the "Getting Lucky" series one of my least favorite. I felt so let down when they finally lifted the secret to the manor. That must be the most unromantic thing I have ever heard.
It all begs the question: what in the hell was all that build-up for??
The male narration was atrocious and kind of ruined the main character for me a little as well.
