Hands down the best property and business development book I’ve read and trust me when I say I’ve read them all. Some property books are a total waste of time (65%). Some property in resting books are good (30%). Very few property investing books are accurate, up to date, relevant, concise, appropriately humorous and inspiring (4%). And then you read one of them and it’s all the above and even better. This book is the 1%. Tarn has written a few other books that are in the 4% but once you know a bit about property and you really want to start to mail down YOUR strategy, YOUR why and YOUR financial path then this is YOUR book. Rob Moore, Simon Zutchi and Rob Dix are all really good. But honestly, hand on heart, this is just that little bit better and very genuine to boot. And you won’t get someone trying to upswell you into their courses!

I’ve read them all. Trust me. This is the one.

I knew this book was coming out since I follow the company on FB

I have been investing for around 4 years now and used the 123 on Property to help me get started.

This book is a breath of fresh air.

I am totally blown away by the level of detail in the book.

I listened to it in 3 sittings. It is long but WELL WORTH the time investment.

I listened and read “123 on property investing” multiple times which is a very good book for me as new property investor. I attended 2 training provided by WiseOwl run by David, which were great, one of those we went to properties to assess costs. I was sure that this new book would be amazing and I was right. 15 laws make total sense and David explanation about why to do, how to do and what we can achieve is great. I love the realistic foot on earth approach that it requires dedication and education to be good investor. I really love this book, the narration is brilliant, engaging and sound quality really good.
Of course you must read this book if you’re a property investor or considering investing. David actually made this as a property business book, so it applies to businesses in general as well.
