The biggest revelation within the audiobook was the fact that there are three different types of burnout. In order to help you determine which one you might be experiencing, you complete a range of simple questionnaires. The audiobook was well-structured and it was also interesting to understand how burnout can negatively affect body your mental and physical health. The content had a humourous tone which made it engaging to listen to.
