This is a great audio book for inspiring young adults to eat healthier without a lot of fuss. I enjoyed the listening aspect as the narrator made it sound like each option should absolutely be tried. I enjoyed it so much I am going to also purchase the paperback copy to have on hand and another to give to a friend who is heading off to med school. They will surely need it.

Wow I am so glad I stumbled across this audiobook. It is so hard to find vegan recipes with whole ingredients that actually taste good.
