Not a motivational book. The second time I am listening to this book and it's way better than the first time. This book has caused me discomfort at times followed by extra strength and understanding on how I can make my life better which will help making the lifes of those around me better.
Sean adds very good examples and lessons from modern life which help explain the habits even further.
I will definitely read it again.
Thank you.
