This is a very interesting book and inspired me to incorporate at least more raw whole food into my vegan lifestyle. I would not find it useful it is wasn't for a generous PDF material, which many books lack.

loved this. as long standing vegan that I thought I was being healthy the sections about fat intake condiments is a revelation to me . something I taking action immediately. now going to fully emerse into vegan Raw can't wait for the benefits . thank you for this information. juts need rest of the world to catch up and read and embrace this now
