Very good particularly as the reader is Brother Cadfael himself! Derek Jacobi brings the story to life. I would certainly recommend.

I love the Cadfael stories & Derek Jacobi was wonderful in the BBC adaptations & does a wonderful job in narrating these stories. Cadfael the ex-crusader turned Benedictine monk solving mysteries. This is set in the 12th century & based around Shrewsbury Abbey. You get 6 stories in this collection & at close to 18 hours long is brilliant.

Love it

Love these books. Highly recommended.
Medieval sleuthing at it's best with a little bit of history thrown in too.

Who doesn't like Cadfael?
