In the first week of November, 2011, I began to receive the words you are about to hear from a wise and very loving source not entirely known to me.

As a writer, I can tell you truly that these words are not my own - though they did pass through my brain on their journey from a higher source, then through my fingers, and finally onto the keypad where I typed them out. I can say this because I know from my own experience that writing is hard work, and this process was just about effortless. The only effort I felt was the discipline it took for me to get out of the way and let it happen on its own.

Where these words seem to me most pure and true, I can take little to no credit - I just showed up and did so gladly. All I can is that in the best moments, I was able to stand back and allow what was coming through to do so with as little of my own noise I could hope.

I wrote most days until just after Solstice, 2011, when the process took a small turn - as you'll see as you listen through to the end.

I feel most blessed to have been graced with this presence and feel forever changed by it. Most of all, I am clear that we all have access to this same deep source whenever we call upon it for guidance, for clarity, and for its loving touch. We need only ask.

I hope you enjoy hearing these words of hope as much as I did and still continue to do.
