Mindfulness gives me the opportunity to take a step back, clear my head of unhelpful thoughts, and emerge with composure and, given time, insight. This book is an excellent introduction and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

This author was recommended to me by my therapist and I can see why. This book is well written and accessible, without being patronising

I will listen to this audio book regularly because the simple teachings can literally make you more mindful and less stressed. I have begun observing people around me and realised how unhappy so many are. Returning to a natural, healthy state of breathing a few times per day can have dramatic effects on your health & wellbeing.

Life Changing!
