A short book which I found extremely helpful.

There are many books claiming to help with breathing or mindfulness, I have tried many. But this is the only one that I have found to be helpful with calming and focusing on my breath.

Recommend for sure.

I loved the audio book Danny. I've been listening to it as I go to bed. I rarely make 15 minutes before your very soothing voice tips me into sleep. I think I will need to listen many many times to hear the entire book. Great bedtime listening.
