About this listen

This audiobook is quite unlike any other. It applies ancient approaches to human types but draws them through to the present day in a vivid and surprisingly accurate way. You will only realise this to be the case when you start listening about what quickly emerges to be your type. Are you a Mars, Jovial, Lunar, Venus, Mercury or Saturn? Once you find yourself, it will become immediately apparent how different you are from other people, and what it is going to take to get along with them better in all walks of life.

The Art of Reading People is nothing short of a cheat’s guide to getting on with humanity, and getting the best out of your time here on earth.

John Cremer will show you how to:

  • Read other people like a book within seconds
  • Speak to them using the imagery and language they’ll respond to
  • Avoid pointless conflict and misundertanding
  • Create new possibilities in your personal and professional relationships
  • Enjoy a fresh view of yourself and other people

If one audiobook can change your perception of your place in society, and how to get things done, this is it.

This really provides an insight into reading others and how to deal with them - well worth a listen. I'm amazed this stuff isn't more well-known.

Fascinating stuff

John Cremer's book offers a colourful take on the theme of personality testing. Though it's rooted in an ancient system, he brings it up to date by placing his observations in the context of business organisations and how we forge relationships within that environment. He encourages the listener to use this system as a tool to promote tolerance and to enhance communication. I'm finding it useful and it's certainly an entertaining way to approach working with people! There's a lot of intelligent detail in his theory, and it's a nice, easy listen.

Very interesting listen indeed

As a female listener I am shocked at the lip service paid to female examples in the book. It's all about the male version of each type.

Interesting
